Common questions about COB LED strip specification, customisation and ordering.
What makes COB LED strip different?
COB (chip-on-board) strip mounts many LED dies directly onto the board and covers them with a continuous phosphor layer, so you get a dotless, seamless light line instead of visible individual diodes.
Can the CCT and CRI be customised?
Yes. We build strips to your target colour temperature and colour rendering requirement, including tunable white and high-CRI versions.
What widths and lengths are available?
Our COB series covers ultra-narrow 3.5 mm through to 10 mm high-output boards, and run lengths can be produced to suit your installation.
Do you supply small or sample orders?
Yes — small orders are accepted, which makes evaluating a new specification low risk before committing to volume.
Which testing and documentation do you provide?
Products are verified with IES photometric testing, integrating sphere measurement and environmental tests. Test data and IES files can be supplied on request.
How do I start a custom project?
Send your specification — application, CCT or RGB, CRI, power, width, length and quantity. Our engineers will come back with options and lead time.
